Quarter Share Condominium Ownership
In addition to Whole Ownership, Saddleback is now offering deeded Quarter Share Ownership in 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condominium units in the South Branch, Rock Pond II and Mountain Brook projects.
Quarter Share (fractional) Ownership lets you use your condominium 13 weeks of the year -- one week out of very four -- so you can enjoy all four seasons in the legendary Rangeley Lakes Region.
When you are not enjoying your unit, you can place it in Saddleback's Condominium Rental Program to generate income.
Why Quarter Share Ownership
