With approval of Phase I of Saddleback's 10-Year Development Plan, we plan to open our Magalloway East private home sites later this fall. These lots provide views of the Western Maine Mountains and Saddleback Lake and are located near the Saddleback Lodge just off the Saddleback Mountain Road. The lots include utilities and water and are up to 4.7 acres in size. They are adjacent to the future Magalloway lift and trail system and would be an excellent location for that mountain home you have been dreaming about. Some have ski-in/ski-out access. Pre-construction contracts are being accepted now.
