In the last three years, Saddleback has seen a unique base lodge, new lifts and trails, new snowmaking capacity, and other improvements and modifications.
Under Saddleback's ten-year plan, the Mountain will continue its expansion and growth while retaining all the rugged natural qualities that make it so distinctive. There will be nine new lifts with associated trails and snowmaking, Day Lodges, a Learning Center, Tubing Park, Amenity Center with swimming pool, spa, fitness center and tennis courts; and necessary enhancements to roads and parking. The Plan anticipates development of 900 residential units, all situated below 2700 feet. Included will be condominiums, timeshare units, single family house lots, an inn and hotel, carefully integrated into the natural fabric of the mountainside to preserve its beauty and allow owners privacy, views and outdoor enjoyment.
