Private Home Sites

Our 22 lot East Magalloway Private Home Site development has been well received. Fifteen of the 22 lots have already been sold or are under contract. These lots provide views of the Western Maine Mountains and Saddleback Lake and are located near the Saddleback Lodge just off the Saddleback Mountain Road. The development is adjacent to the future Magalloway lifts and trail system and would be an excellent location for that mountain home you have been dreaming about. Several have Ski-in Ski-out access. The lots include utilities and water with lot sizes ranging from 1/2 acre to 3.2 acres, with 14 of the 22 lots over one acre in size. The Magalloway Loop Road (see map below) has been completed and we are finishing up the Adam Wulff Road spur. A ski trail from the Rock Pond Trail to the Magalloway lots will be constructed before the season begins and will be skiable this winter.
